	Daltons in AFRICA -- UGANDA: Kazinga Channel Cruise.

We took a two hour cruise on the channel on a twenty person motorized vessel that's operated by the park. This trip passes through possibly the highest hippo concentration in Africa! We also saw many African buffalo, a few crocodiles, and several elephants. The bird life was incredible, both colorful and abundant! It was totally awesome to be able to cruise right among the hippos in the water! What a neat experience -- a definite must do. We also met a lot of Americans on this cruise, even a family from Santa Rosa, California! Most of them had just done the gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, so they were able to give us lots of advice. Small world! There are sometimes three cruises a day depending on number of people interested.
