The lodge in the far
distance. It's huge!

A postcard. The main
entrance to the lodge.

My picture of the
entrance. Our vehicle
is the one in the middle.

Animal Sightings.
This board is located at
the main entrance. We
saw the 5 primates, 12
hyenas, and many bucks.

Jeff with the many
warthogs hanging out
on the property! Learn
more about them by
clicking on "Animal
Facts" -- neat animals!

The view from our table
at lunch (see the corner
of the table?). Directly
across the channel was a
herd of hippos and
buffaloes. It was
really cool!

I've never seen so
many birds in my life!
The minute you're done
and leave the table,
they swarm down to look
for any food you left
behind. They will even
drink your beverage!

Lake Edward. It is
named after the Prince
of Wales, Edward VII.
The lake is 50 miles
long and 30 miles wide.

The pool. The outdoor
dining area is to the left
(where we had lunch).

The pool from the
balcony of our room
and a better view of
the restaurant. I'm
telling you, I could
stay here a week!

The Kazinga Channel.
It looks like the afternoon
cruise has taken off.

Geckos! They were all
over the walls. I've
never seen this before!
