DONATIONS
First, I want to thank those who have sent in donations. A shout of THANKS goes out to Shawna Carter (Thomas), Reggie Johnson, and Meg Smith (Brown). And GIGANTIC thank you to Leah Steinbruner (Hommel) for her very generous donation! To keep the overall ticket price down, I'm using these donations to pay for everything except for the cost of the venues and DJ. So any amount is GREATLY appreciated and VERY much needed! Another BIG thank you goes to Correna Genders and husband Steve for donating half of the cost of Saturday night's photobooth. THANK YOU! SILENT AUCTION
We have another SUPER exciting silent auction taking place to raise funds for our reunion! Fellow alum Kim Kost (Anderson) is offering her parent's beach house property for one week in Holden Beach, North Carolina! Stacy Durych (Schaefer) and I have both vacationed there with our families, and it's FANTASTIC! It normally rents out for $2000 week, so this should be a hot auction item! Bids start at $200.

I wanted to offer this auction item now instead of at the reunion. So even if you can't make the reunion, you can still plan your next vacation! And you have until August 31st of NEXT year to use it (2017).

To keep this a private auction to just our class (so outside people are not bidding), I've made it so participants must request access to join the auction. If you are receiving this email, I will approve your email address when the request comes in to me. If you're going to use a different email address for this auction, just let me know!

The silent auction ends on Sunday, April 24th, at 5pm (AKST) / 9pm (EST). Just remember if you're going to be bidding at the last minute, you need to have approved access beforehand. Also, I have added the "extended bidding" option which means bidding automatically extends by 3 minutes when it receives a bid during the final 3 minutes. This process repeats for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the original end time.
