Hello BHS Class of 1986!

I need help. I've got a great bunch of reunion committee members but I still need help for the following things. Please, please, please volunteer.

1. Adult Picnic Activities
I need someone to be in charge of all the adult activities at the picnic. We can set up a game plan for the sports package I bought. But what other ideas do you have? You'll be the "Coordinator" at the picnic to make it all happen, and you'll have a group of volunteers who will help you.

2. Memory Book
I need someone who knows either Adobe PageMaker, Adobe InDesign, or QuarkXPress to create the Memory Books. I know pretty much what will be going into them, but I need someone to create it so it can be sent to the printer.

3. Decorating Committee
I need to add more people to the Decorating Committee. Are you creative? Crafty? I need help with ideas for the banquet centerpieces, general banquet decorations, and some picnic decorations. Also, I have a theme for the reunion but I would love a few people to constantly bounce ideas off, too.

4. Banquet - Table #1 -- Memorabilia
I need someone to be in charge of getting the memorabilia from other classmates to create a display table at the banquet. Uniforms, pompons, yearbook, letterman jacket, senior prom favors, school newspapers, news clippings, regulation booklets, graduation program, books, etc.

5. Banquet -- Table #2 -- In Memoriam
I would like a display of those who have passed away. Names, pics, etc. I'm in regular touch with Todd Coffman's mom and Andre Parker's aunt, who have both expressed an interest in giving us something (letter, etc). If possible, I would like you to also get in touch with all the rest of the families of those who have passed away and add a special "touch" to this display. And then how would you display it all?

6. Banquet -- Other Tables
The rest of the tables are going to be displays of lists, and to this point I have envisioned them going on foam boards. What other ideas does anyone have on creating these types of displays? Who is in marketing out there and have seen a lot of displays? I need ideas!

7. Soliciting From Businesses -- "Merchandise" & "Selling Advertising"
In the back of the Memory Book and on the web site, I might sell space. This helps bring in revenue to the class. What about business card advertisements? Does anyone want to take the lead on this? Please.


Shorter Assignments
I need help in pricing and figuring out the following things:
1. Name tags.
2. Favors.
3. T-shirts.
4. Souvenirs.
5. Raffle box containers.
6. Raffle tickets.
7. Activity(ies) to do on Monday.
8. Printing the After Dinner Program.
9. Creative ideas for Awards.

I look forward to hearing from everyone.
I really, really need volunteers.
