Hello BHS Class of 1986!

I need help. I need volunteers.

Besides yourself, please consider asking your spouse or guest if they would like to volunteer. My husband will always be at one of these tables, and he would like to find some partners in crime that are spouses/guests. Plus this gets your spouse/guest involved. Even consider volunteering for a shift together!

Friday Night (shifts: 6:30pm from 10:00pm)
Depending on how many people volunteer, I need friendly and outgoing people to sit at the check-in table and the souvenir table. These shifts could range from 15 to 30 minutes. It will be fun!

Saturday Night (5:00pm - 7:00pm)
I need a few more people to help with the set-up before the banquet.

Saturday Night (shifts: 6:30pm from 8:00pm & raffle only 9:15pm from 10:00pm)
This is the night I need the most help!
Again depending on how many people volunteer, I need friendly and outgoing people to be at the check-in table, souvenir table, and raffle table. These shifts could range from 15 to 30 minutes. After the evening's entertainment, we'll be opening up the raffle table again to approximately 10pm. I'll be needing volunteers to be at this raffle table.

Sunday - (1:00pm - 3:00pm & 8:00pm - 9:45pm)
I need a few more people to help with the set-up before the picnic. I'll also need help at the end with the clean-up (shouldn't be much, though).

Sunday (shifts: 2:30pm from 4:30pm)
I need friendly and outgoing people to help check-in all our family members. These shifts could range from 15-30 minutes, depending on how many people volunteer to help.

Please, please volunteer to help. Volunteer to do something on all three days. It will make you feel involved, and I would be extremely appreciative of you!
