- Plan other informal events outside the reunion days.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Make a Idea List:
Figure out activity ideas. Suggestions:
---- Tour of high school.
---- Ceremony at high school: planting of tree, etc.
---- Golf tournament.
---- Mountain hike.
---- Sightseeing trips: Glacier cruise, trip to Portage Glacier, Anchorage trolley tours, etc.

2. Phone Calls:
Call all the activities and get information. Get any information sent to you and the Chair to review.

3. Final Decisions:
Working with the Chair, make arrangements and announcements of all activities outside of the reunion.
