1. Create overall theme of reunion:
Chair has lots of ideas!

2. Using established theme, design and create decorations for all three events:
---- Banquet table centerpieces.
---- Banquet decorations.
---- Icebreaker decorations.
---- Picnic decorations.

3. Reunion day volunteer coordinator.
Working with Chair, coordinate volunteers for:
---- Pre-reunion assembling.
---- Working check-in tables.

4. Final Decisions:
Working with the Chair, make arrangements for all decorating decisions.
